(a) Responsible to: Registered Manager, Deputy, Team leader and Senior Support
(b) Responsible for Service Users and Support Staff
(c) Working Hours: 0 to 40Hrs (Flexi Time including weekends and bank holidays (d)Salary Range: From £11.60ph
(e) Preferred Qualifications: Care Certificate, N.V.Q Level 2 or willing to work towards
(f) Essential Experience:   Minimum 1 year Experience of Working with adults with learning disability/challenging needs. Desirable: D1 driving license.

Job Summary (Description of main purpose of job):

To support the registered manager with the running of the home with the principals and philosophies of Sahara Homes policies and procedures. Contribute to support plans, menus, Key worker meetings, SU reviews and other duties that come with support within a Key working role. Attend and participate in regular staff meetings and Supervision. Provide personal care if appropriate. Maintain safe environment for service user. If applicable to drive the Company Vehicle. Comply with CQC national minimum care standards. Attend training and staff meetings.
