Main purpose of job: The main purpose of the Office Coordinator is to coordinate appointments and day to day administrative tasks and update business systems for the Operational Managers. To also provide specific admin duties for the business as and when required including note and minute taking.

Working Hours: 40Hrs as per contract

Salary: £25000-£28000 pa- Negotiable depending on experience.

Essential Experience: Experience working in busy environment multi-tasking to ensure good coordination of appointments, updating business systems and day to day tasks to support the Operational Managers. A good working knowledge of all Microsoft Applications. Excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills.

Main duties & responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls, and welcoming visitors.
  • Manage diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • Support with Recruitment and Onboarding, including pre-screening and reference and DBS checks.
  • Arrange face to face training of the workforce and oversee the Training Matrix for all services.
  • Organising events and conferences as agreed with the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure Business Systems are up to date providing accurate information.
  • Reminding the Operational Management Team of important tasks and deadlines
  • Respond to telephone enquiries and take messages for officers as appropriate.
  • Liaising with suppliers and clients.
